PRINTS FOR CHANGE-

After a particularly rough spring break tourist season here in San Diego, I was left feeling discouraged & wondering if and how I could help restore our ecosystems and help the ocean at large.

I decided to start PRINTS FOR CHANGE, a weekly print drop focused on drawing attention to the beauty and wonder of the natural ecosystems around me, while donating 20% of the profits from each print sale to one of two organizations (buyers choice):

The Ocean Conservancy or Oceana.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

You make your print purchase, and within 24 hours you'll receive a screenshot of 20% of the profits from your payment going to the organization of your choice (either The Ocean Conservancy or Oceana).

*Disclaimer* each order costs a different amount for the photo lab to fulfill, so the profit from the sale is a different amount than the total you're paying at checkout. The receipt will show the math behind all of this for transparency! Shipping is calculated at checkout.

WHY THESE TWO ORGANIZATIONS ONLY?

After doing some research, it seems these two organizations are leading the charge in policy change and ocean conservation / clean- up.

APRIL SPOTLIGHT: During the month of April, all profits from the ALOHA COLLECTION will be donated directly to the Lahui Foundation in an effort to help the communities that have been affected by the devastating flooding on Maui and Oahu.

Oceana

What do these organizations do and why is their work so important?
